Hanger Alley was at HampdenFest on Saturday. Hampden is a little neighborhood in Baltimore where the main street (The Avenue) is lined with awesome little thrift shops, and shops specializing in handmade or reclaimed goods.

The festival features 3 stages of music, art performances, people wearing their wackiest gear, the strongest ale brewed locally by Brewers Art and the infamous toilet bowl races. This is of course a soap box race, except with souped up toilet bowls.
